1. Software Usage

You commit to avoiding using the Software for:

3. Ownership Rights

Every material, brand names, symbols, and ownership rights connected to the Software belong to Highlight Apps or its authorized providers. You cannot duplicate, alter, share, or utilize any component of the Software beyond what is authorized under this Agreement.

4. Membership and Billing

Certain capabilities of Owl VPN might need a premium membership. Costs and conditions are revealed inside the Software. Through subscribing, you approve automatic charging unless terminated according to platform guidelines (Google Play, App Store, etc.).

5. External Providers

8. Account Closure

9. Agreement Modifications

We might revise this Agreement periodically. Modifications become effective instantly upon publication in the Software. Ongoing usage of the Software following modifications indicates you acknowledge the revised Agreement.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be regulated by and interpreted according to the statutes of the relevant territory where Highlight Apps is located, regardless of its legal conflict provisions.
